How much do you pay for your internet connection?

I'm curious as to how much people pay for their internet connection. I live in Ireland and we don't have cheap rates for phone calls. There none of that lark of it being free in the evening or during the w/end, nor do we have flat rate access.

I use the internet a lot and my phone bills are radiculously high. €300+ for the last two months worth

How much does it cost you?

45$ Canadian, for BroadBand Cable internet access. Its unlimited access, so I am not charged per hour or minute etc. Just monthly and I have unlimited access throughout that month.

I pay $65 per month for 3.2mbps down and 250kb/s up, and that's the business service. I don't like it and I feel like I'm being ripped off, especially when people like webdesigner get 2mbps down and 384kps up for $44.95 per month. I have Cox Communications for my ISP and they have a monopoly in my area. Can't get DSL and they are the only cable provider.

Would you regard this as cheap so? It's from my local telco.

Can only get 600kbps down and 128kbps up for €40 a month here with NTL. Argh! I hate living in a country that's behind the times.
