I guess the joke is that no one want to go to Coventry in the UK. Not exactly sure why. Global Ignore User is probably a better name for it.Translations provided by Google.

Not sure what the tachy means.
But there's a popular UK phrase; sent to conventry which basically means, you're ignored by everyone. Hehe.

That's so cool ... the most evil option out there has the most stupid name.
This function might become the most talked about feature ever. It's evil, useful AND funny. No chance, it WILL become a legend!
By the way ... I somhow believe, that the devs simply forgot to rename it for the public release. ^^
