Legal aspects of starting a sex forum?

What are some of the legal aspects are there for starting a sex forum? No porn of course

no copyright images should be posted, dont break any laws in the state the site is being hosted in (talk about or post pictures in violation of sex acts in the state or country).
Must be adult hosting or some hosts like VO may allow you to host there on a dedicated basis

I'm still trying to find a name, it is so hard, everything good with the word sex in it is taken, some stuff with sexual is not taken, i got a few but it doesn't sound right to me.

I take it this is an educational site? You'll have to be really tough on the rules or it'll turn into something you don't want. It's tough enough to keep other types of forums in line but with a forum based on sexual content, it will be very difficult. Be prepared to stand by your rules and ban people if they don't follow them. Otherwise your site could very quickly become something you don't want. I can't emphasize how important this is. You can't believe how fast it can get out of control.
