This ever happen to anyone? PayPal question..

I recently had my Mastercard stolen out of my car, so i removed my credit card number from my paypal account.

Today i received my new mastercard and entered my new credit card number into my account.

During this process, my paypal balance, which i cant remember exactly what it was (around $20.00-40.00 canadian) was reset to $0.00.

It is because my Mastercard is still unverified, because i havent received my statement yet to get the verification number off it to re-verify the credit card?

Since you use PayPal in Canada (and I am in Canada) how do you get the funds out of your PayPal account? and what is the fee they charge for that?

I want to do subscriptions in VB3 and will be wanting to use PayPal to recieve the payments, so I need to figure out how to actually get the funds from PayPal to me, and no I don't use PayPal for anything, I only set it up to get donations from my website.

sign up for a premier account and add a bank account to you're profile.

transfer incoming funds from the balance to you're bank account..

Paypal truly sucks! And yeah that bot is annoying as hell too.

Yeah, paypaldamon would normally be here by now... Well well... I had to remove a Visa (which is my primary card in the account), but that didnt reset the balance (although I might add a MasterCard was still there to keep the account verified). Have you tried emailing them for support?

Re withdrawing funds, I just recently applied and recieved their debit card, but haven't used it yet. Presumably, it's good for online purchases (no charge for buying with it), but if you withdraw money from an ATM there is a $1.50 service charge or something.

I don't think that Damon is working for Paypal anymore. Rather unfortunate if you ask me. Now they have a person who goes by the name of pbreit on forums. He is rather arrogant and tries to turn every mention of the word Paypal into an advertisement.

Ok according to Paypal Support , when you make a purchase with a credit card, it will use you're paypal balance to pay for the product/s, and the remaining money left needed to pay for the product "if any" will be deducted from you're credit card.

Is this true??
