Yea it does happen. I thought that was kind of funny scince they are still linking to alot of the files on the site they stole the design from, but they did manage to edit the copyright on the forum design. I think that's how he learned about it. And I believe he has tried to contact them and ask them to take it down.

If you're that much of an idiot to steal someone's design... at least edit the html and take the saved from url part out...
