Pay site template?

I want to build a paysite where people can host their pics on my server (like photopoint). Does anyone know of any free software (like php-nuke) that could help me since I'm no programming expert.

http://gallery.sourceforge.net should do it.

Garage Glamour uses a modified version of Gallery and charges $3.99 per month for models & $4.95 per month for photographers to host 36 images.

do you know of any other scripts?

that one looks great but requires special modules to be installed on your server.
