    IP Addresses

Is it remotely possible for someone to have similar IPs? Not range but exactly the same. Everything.

    Any advice appreciated.

Does it means 2 persons can have the same IPs?

exactly. Two or more people can be behind a proxy and their IP's will show as the same IP address.

when connected to the Internet and not connected to a proxy no 2 people can have the same ip as this would cause an IP conflict, most servers use a DHCP server to distribute a dynamic ip to the client
