Actually, you do not need to install that.

The file should be included with your OS, if you're on Windows 98 or greater.

Anyways, attached is a zip containing my copy of the file.

Thanks a lot, just one thing.I have dl the zip but where do the files go/how do I install them?Sorry to have to ask but I aint a techie and dont know.
