Which domain registrar do you use?

    Hi.

I am just wondering which domain registrar everyone uses. I am posting this at some other forums also to see which domain registrars are popular.

I have lots of domains under the belt, and have used stargate.com, godaddy.com and 000domains.com so far.

So far, 000domains.com seems the easiest and stargate.com seems the most powerful, with godaddy.com somewhere in between, but that's my opinion.

What domain registrar do you use, and if you have time, can you say why?

I am trying to distribute my domains among different registrars, and the number of domain registrar count among here will help.

    Thanks.

I use directnic.com. They aren't the cheapest at $15.00 a pop, but I've had absolutely no service problems with them and their support response times are phenomenal.

When I started off I used Register.com. When my knees got tired from bending over a barrel, I switched to joker.com. Joker has possibly the worst service around, so I've switched to Dotster, through my old host. It's $15/year, but it's only $12 to renew and transfer - and I've been doing a lot of that!

I'm a 000domains.com user and supporter. Great service and price.

            Easyspace.com

Biggest load of toss you will ever have the misfortune to come across, took them about a month to make a simple DNS change.

stargateinc.com can't be beat on price ($7.75 if you buy 51 up front) and a very good interface. Support varies but then I had an unusual problem that needed fixing and while it took a while to sort out they were very helpfull in the end).

I just got two domains from http://www.godaddy.com/ for $8.95/1 year each. I haven't had to contact their support yet, but I have had to contact Netsol's support. I e-mailed Netsol three times and never got a response.

                          I use GoDaddy.com

I haven't had to contact support once in the last 2 years...

They're great on my tight budget...

I used NetSol way before other registrars were allowed to come into the world of domains... and I was always hollaring at them... about this and that... and they were draining my wallet while they were at it!

I use gkg.net. I just renewed my domain last night actually. Had em for a year, no probs. I was able to get my domain name up and running with my webhost when I first bought an account within 1 day too (I've read that it takes most 2-days or even a week to update the nameservers).

Oh, its only $9.99 a year for one domain too.
