Back Again! Need Advice.

Hi Folks,
After a couple years away from VB I am looking to load VB onto my site. I see that I have VB4 available for download. I have a couple questions:
1. Should I upgrade to VB5 before I start?
2. If VB5 should I also go with the mobile/app version?
3. I don't want to install on my own, any suggestions for install?

Are you starting a new site or importing an old database? If you're starting a new site you probably want to go with vBulletin 5. vBulletin 4 is End Of Life. You only need the mobile app if you have your own mobile API or plan on developing one. You can have vBulletin install the forum software for you.

New site. Thanks for your response! I noticed they have some nice themes as well so that seems to make the most sense.
