I need help starting up! This is ridiculous. My expectations were to purchase login and begin managing my site. In my members area it says:
"If you are using vBulletin Cloud, you will see your cloud site information below. Click on vB Cloud Console to visit your cloud console."
It is nowhere to be found. Nor is "vB Cloud Console", a hyperlink. No are any licenses listed, when I just bought it.....
On top of that what is the point of this to be a paid service if there are no 24/7 support? And closes at 4pm????!
I am so close to getting a refund. Someone please make my day and relieve me of this aggravation.
