Help with my forum any body ?

I had a young lad set up my bulletin forum for me a couple of years ago, since then I've been abroad.
He set himself up the admin and i can't get onto my own forum now as admin, only as a member which is no good as i now want to get the forum up and running and change things around.
I can't get hold of the young lad and his email address is no longer working?
Can any help me with this?
