we are a legitament paying client for vbullettin and as a moderator/admin I don't appreciate your attitude
I was asking a simple question amongst other users and appears from your response that this is an issue for other users too
basically the search function sucks, and not just on our forum but also others I participate in

I'm sorry. Our policy is, and always has been, that we can only provide support to licensed customers. Otherwise, anyone could obtain support, even if they hadn't purchased a license from us.

This means that to obtain support, you need to demonstrate your licensed status.

...and enter your email address in one of the boxes. You will also have to select the specific forums that you wish to have access at. You'll need to have your customer number and password to access the page.

Once you've done this, please post in the appropriate support forum for your version.
