I'm learning PHP. Every once in a while I run into a snag and need some help. I'm looking for some active communities out there that have forums where people can post their questions/challenges, and also have tuts or something like that.
I'm aware that vb.com has a sub-forum for html/php, I'm looking for a community that is dedicated to web development stuff though. Also, the community doesn't necessarily have to have their own tuts, I realize that there are tons of sites and videos with tuts, it would just be a bonus to me is all.
