locked out of forum

Hi, old member me back to 2002, can't login, god knows why... desperate for support so I'm here...
if you happen to know why my 3.8 vB when posting a reply makes a 403-forbidden notice (out of the blue) as often these problems occur then please tell me, also I cannot log in... i should be able to but no, anyway sure this will fall on deaf ears, thanks
