About once a month my IP gets blocked at my host level and they have to unblock it. It blocks other users as well. This time it has seemed to block every one of my recent users. What could cause this to happen? I can't contact all of my users to get their IPs and my host won't tell me what's going on. All they will do is unblock the IPs that I provide to them.

MySQLDumper:
MySQLHotxcopy:
Bigdump (restore only):
