Way Off-Topic Any solution for this IP problem?

The thing is i've been promoted to moderator in a VB5.x forum and the first time they've asked to me my IP to make me mod and i gave it to them, after 7 days my PC got stuck and i got to reset it, then my IP changed (Because it's dynamic) and they asked me again my new IP to let me access to de cpanel, but they warned me that they will be no next time..

I so want to help in that forum, i know my provider can't give non dynamic IP's because i've asked for it, is there any way to change this "rule" in our forum? like...make mods not by their IP's?

    Thanks so much.

Also this isn't a limitation of vBulletin software, it is their own enhanced security protocol. The software itself does not lock moderators into a single IP address.
