Help for vBulletin-powered board member, please.

Understanding any possibilities may be up to how a particular board is configured and administered, does anybody know of any way for a garden variety member to prevent his (or her) content from being seen by a specific member or group of members?

I'm not referring to the "Ignore" list which disregards others' content. I suppose I'm referring to the reverse, whereby adding any particular member to an exclusion list would may MY content invisible to him/her.

I'd be grateful to know if such a feature exists and, in generic terms, how to access it.
