Way Off-Topic Forum help

Ok, first of all I'm the newest person you can find in here, I don't even know what vbulletin is (Well I know it has something to do with forums) but anyways, I'm not a website guy.
I have a problem logging in a forum, I decided to post in here because when I googled my problem alot of the results (corresponding with my problem) were in here. I know it's in the wrong section or whatsoever but I'm really sorry, I just need help. So here let me start:
It's been a good while now (about a year maybe more), everytime I try to login forums and there are redirect pages that reloads your page to verify your account or something like that, I get disconnected.
