All the best Steve, and thanks for all the help you've given me and other customers over the years.

In fact it was your response in less than two hours to some pre-sales emails that persuaded me to move to vBulletin many years ago, from Ikonboard. It just goes to show how critical good customer service is (IPB never even bothered to reply to my emails!). You also gave lots of help through the forum in the early days which I appreciated.

It's a bit of a shock to hear you are going, but then it always is when a long serving member leaves any job. It's always the people you least expect to leave too.

I wish you and your family all the best in the future.

Even if your experience wasn't the greatest with Steve, I think the sentiment expressed by yourself is relatively unique in this thread and one that didn't need to be shared

As being one of the original vB support staff members as well, you'll be indeed missed ! There's not many of us left (on the support side). With the amount of hours and time you have put into support (don't think many folks realise the amount of hours), you have left big shoes to fill for whoever takes over your position!
