Little big Question: What's the best Version of vBulletin?

    Hello.

    Well, I have a doubt.
What version is the most secure and stable?

The current version that we have is 3.6.

I'll be very grateful if you can answer me x3

    See ya.

    for 3.6 it's 3.6.12 pl2
3.8.7 pl1 for the latest of the 3 series
    and
    4.1.4 for the latest version

4 is the only version being actively worked on but I don't think there's any major security issues unpatched in the other listed versions.

        Thanks for your answers...

But if 4.1.4 is the latest version, will be full of bugs...
So, I think that its better 3.8.

I need more answers grounds on which version to choose.

        Thanks anyway ^^

3.8 has been "EOL"d so there's no point installing that.
4.1.4 has a new editor which does have some minor teething problems. If you think this may be an issue then go with 4.1.3 which uses the old editor. However for a new site starting from scratch I'd strongly suggest going with 4.1.4 - otherwise your new members will have on old editor that's way past its useful date, and they will then later have to get used to the newer one anyway.

The latest is and will always be the best version to run.
This is true from this point forward as well.

On some forums, I don;t want admins/mods viewing my profile but they still because I can't put them on my ignore list, please change this!

Latest version is mostly better but I personally like 3.8.x
4 forum classic is good but no need for suite...if you want a forum, yes forum...
