I actually found it while browsing devArticles.com, which I found in an email from NuSphere about a review elsewhere on the site. It looks like a nice complement to SitePoint, with more content, but less of a community. Worth checking out.

I checked out a couple of their articles.. Unfortunately some of them fall victim to the "Talk for 40 minutes about a topic but in the end really say nothing about it", kind of like:
"What is a database? Well, a database, besides being made up of the words 'data' and 'base' can be defined as a base of data. You can put data in the base, or take it out!"
