Solution for purchsing vb

Hello everbody
my name is khalid and i m from pakistan

i want to purchse vb
i m living in a rural area

and here wire transfer is not available
and in pakistan pay pall also not operate

here for internet shopping only use credit card option
for vb purchasing 3 time i used active credit card but all the time my transaction was rejected
my credit card is active and i m also shopping on net with this credit card
last week i purshaed one year housting from www.ipage.com with this credit card

now please help me
i have payment and if any third party transaction or any more solution for my problem
i will be very thankfull to you
