Can I use Vbulletin Image set for myBB?

I use myBB software to run my forum, and I was wondering If I could uses the default VB4 images set (the theme this forum uses) for private uses. I promise not to publish anything. Also I will ad Images by VB 4 in the footer (link to VB website)
