    Advanced Adsense Publishers

    Hello Everyone,

i am in the Website business for over ten years now and I am monetizing my websites for over 5 Years now with Google Adsense.

The key stone to my success with Adsense besides working on my communities is that I always look for new ideas on how to improve my Ad Placements.

That is why I am a frequent user of big webmaster communities like digitalpoint or webmasterworld.
However these communities get flooded with Adsense newbies and their newbie questions.
To find the gold in all these threads you have to read hundreds of them.

That is why I started my new Project:

I want to create a community for advanced Adsense Publishers to share Ideas
and talk about new and effective strategies to increase revenue.

I would really like some feedback from you as professional vBulletin webmasters on my new project.
Especially some feedback about the look & feel of my new Forum.

Any useful criticism is very welcome.

    Kind regards

    StarBuG

There are people who earn more then a million in a year with adsense.
Why do you think you can't earn much?

Affiliate is quick money but requires constant work.
Adsense is sit back and earn money

Eh, it covers my house payment (even after taxes and server fees) and requires no work.

Just because one thing works or does not work on your site doesn't mean it applies to every site.

StarBug - I think your forum looks really nice. Unfortunately there's a lot of well-established competition and the niche may be too narrow with not a lot to stick around and talk about once people get what they need from it.

What about a members only forum with articles that gets unlocked after someone makes a certain number of posts? Just an idea.
HBO Forum - Discuss Game of Thrones, True Blood, Big Love, Boardwalk Empire, and more!
Disney Forums - Disney theme parks, vacation, entertainment, and more!
iLoveTalk - Our general discussion forum.
VeggieBoards - The largest and most active vegetarian forum!

The public area is only meant as teaser, the real idea is that experts
can talk behind closed doors in the experts forum which is invite only.
It is for premium publishers and users who have proven to have an expert understanding
of AdSense and do share it on some level.

But the forum needs some quality content to get traffic so some articles are public

The "competition" Forums are filled with newbies.
99,5% of all threads are beginners questions.
To find quality content about AdSense or new Ideas is very hard.
Most users visiting those forums can't even recognize great ideas
when they are a little more advanced then the copy&past job of implementing AdSense Ad Code

That is why my forum exists.
It is not for the mass market, more an elite club of people handling AdSense as a real business.

New version of my AdSense Integrations for first and last post released after adapting
a small CSS "trick" suggested by one member of AdSenseExperts.com

Until 3 weeks ago the text of the first post started on the left side of the AD like this:

            TextTextTextText Ad Ad Ad
            TextTextTextText Ad Ad Ad
            TextTextTextText Ad Ad Ad
            TextTextTextText Ad Ad Ad
            TextTextTextTextTextTextT
            TextTextTextTextTextTextT

I then changed that by utilizing a neat little CSS "trick" to make the text flow around the Ad like this:

            TextTextTextTextTextTextT
            TextTextTextTextTextTextT
            TextTextTextText Ad Ad Ad
            TextTextTextText Ad Ad Ad
            TextTextTextText Ad Ad Ad
            TextTextTextText Ad Ad Ad
            TextTextTextTextTextTextT
            TextTextTextTextTextTextT

This small change increased my CTR over 300% and my eCPM over 350% for this Ad Unit
(stats comparison of a 12 days time period before and after the change)

That is what AdSenseExperts.com is all about.

            Go check them out:
AdSense inside the first post v1.1 - AdSenseExperts.com Exclusive
AdSense inside the last post v1.1 - AdSenseExperts.com Exclusive

And if you are using Version 1.0 I strongly suggest you UPGRADE!
