Computer Chat .bat to open two programs

I'm trying to write a .BAT file to open two programs. Either command by itself works but when I have both it only executes the program on the first line.

cd /D F:\Apps\Nes Emu\fceux-2.0.0.win32
fceux.exe

cd /D F:\Apps\xpadder
Xpadder.exe
