looking for a template designer

I'm looking to revamp the studentpilot.com message board (currently running version 3.x, plan to upgrade to 4 shortly. The site feels a bit stale. I'd like to have a completely new template designed. Ideas? Suggestions?

I'd like to hire someone for this project asap.

Seems a lot of designers are not working with 4.x yet.

Go seek out miner... do a search, ie. minerz skins. A very talented, and cheap, individual.
