I would just buy my license, for the money had come in to my Paypal account.

And when I pressed the "Make payment" befor having chosen Paypal i came to a page that looked like Paypal, it was a login box, etc..

And text like this:
- Pay quickly. You do not need to provide your card number or address.

But when i signed in whit my e-mail and password i come to new window and it looked like this:

And in the warning box is the text (google translate):

"To complete this payment, you must add a debit or credit card to your PayPal account. The card is charged only if the transaction amount exceeds your balance."

I know i have the mony on my paypal, so i stopped buying.

I have paid with paypal before, but then I just stated an e-mail.

Am I being deceived?

I realy want to by a license, but i dont have visa, only maestreo, and paypal does not aprov maestero.

How do I pay for my licens then?

I believe you do not have enough money on your paypal account.
Check your balance.

1) You recently received a new MasterCard or Visa, this triggers PayPal to request you to add it.
2) Funds in yourr bank account associated with PayPal or your PayPal account itself , do not exceed those needed to purchase vBulletin.

If both of these are false, call them, theyre very nice: 1-888-221-1161

You need to add a credit card to your PayPal account. After you have paid, you will revieve email confirmation from PayPal and a vbulletin solutions email. They need to approve the payment to prevent fraud. So i wouldn't buy it on weekends
