According to BB, they "hope" to have it released to customers by "end of week".

I suspect they will install it (vB 4 b3) on vBulletin.com today and allow for a day of testing and then release it last thing on Friday to pre-sale purchasers.

I am excited to play with it on my test forums but wont install it on my live forum until the modders catchup.
