Chatroom software

My users love flashchat, but recently we have been hitting a max of 22 users. I don't feel comfortable switching flash chat over to the server mode.

I'm looking for software that won't kill my server or my wallet, but has to integrate seamlessly into vBulletin.

any recommendations would be awesome!

Not sure about its integration ability, but i have found fond home with X3 Chat.

Its all open source, and quite frankly, the best bit of chat kit i have seen in a long while.
