Way Off-Topic Chating by my self in my forums

Dose it work chating by my self in the forum creating topic and replying to my self the reson im posting this have some old friend he keep created around 12 Fake username in his forums and he is chating by him self creating topic and replying to him self with anther username that he created i dont no what to say more but i feel so sorry to him i think he losing his mind after creating more then 2000 topic in a week by him self he removed the Forums and installing some other script like wordpress then adding articles same what happen with the forums remove it and then bring the forum back but new DB

people have to understand something first... when you plan building a website, you have to see what will be the primary goal... posting to yourself is a blog... posting to yourself and answering back is not a forum, we call this schizophrenia... when you have only one target, use a blog... if your only goal is to have people chat between eachothers, open a forum... if you need friends, instead of starting a community, join the one which talk about your prefered topics...
