How many traffic in percent do you get from search engines?

in both situations i could say 50%... lol... people search for my site, and i'm well indexed... lol

Nah. I wanted to know what percentage of you users are coming form search engines.

Eg. You've got 1.000 visitors/day - 100 are directly accessing the site, 100 are visiting your site through links from other sites and 800 found your site through Google/Yahoo/etc.
=> 80% search engine traffic

Mine is 71.93% from search engines.

Defining that further, Google hold over 85% of that margin compared to the other SE's sending traffic.

Mine is 50% traffic from guests. I estimate of that 50%, only about 10% is from search engines.

the same goes for our site: 79% of the visitors come from search engines. We`re working on lowering that rate ;-).

It's kind off a little funny, in that some want to decrease their search traffic and increase direct or more importantly, referring sites; others want to increase their search traffic because referring and direct obviously doesn't bring enough new member across the site.

Humorous to say the least...
