Alright, so I got the transfer back from the Vbulletin team for my forum ticket. However, I don't know now what to do since I am just stuck with this ticket No. that says I own a Vbulletin license. Where do I go from here?

No all it gave me was the Product and Expiry Date.

However, I think they were just trying to confirm the transfer first?

The message you're describing sounds like the confirmation email we send out, to verify terms and agreements, not the actual transfer... If that's the case, you will need to re-read that email carefully and reply to us letting us know whether or not you agree to the terms.

When the actual transfer takes place, you'll get a separate email with your customer login information at the same email address. Double check spam mail folder for this email if you've already confirmed the terms, and we've gotten back to you again already -- it might very well found its way there by accident.
