Just use a very extreme combination of numbers, lower and uppercase letters for a password , like k967GIo!!!9p

Also Twitter accounts are never deleted after a certain amount of time "6 months??" they may be fully deleted, they are suspended to be easily restored by the user...

I have just deleted my own account so that I don't have that problem again. They said in the message that I got from them that it can't be restored again.

If you log-in to your account, you will get an email with a new temp password to reactivate your account again. It comes as a second email though, after another one you get first from them.

I have deleted it as I don't want to use twitter anymore because I feel threatened by some of the others on there. My account on there was hacked. So the best thing for me to do was to login and change my password and then delete the account just so that people can't get access to it.

I have no use for Twitter, nor do I much see the point of it. It reminds me as more a "hip" and "Web 2.0" take on LiveJournal.

Nothing about my life is interesting enough that anyone would ever read it.
