That above is the answer to your post as it is read. However I think you're asking what hacks and addons that people have installed on their vBulletin. I am sure it varies quite a lot. On my installation of vBulletin, I only have the Blog and Project Tools installed as addons. I do have a few modifications of my own installed but only to make my life easier nothing released anywhere.

Anyway, I don't plan on doing anything that'll last my whole life. Fads for tattoos come and go, piercings are blah. The most I do is dye my hair every now and then.

Besides, why tattoo somebody's name on your body if you're not sure how long you'll be with them? (for most people)
