I just installed it also to have a look,. It is fast, but then it looks very lightweight too, so I was expecting it to perform fast to be honest. Still not as fast as Opera though.

First impressions are, I don't like it. Looks a little to naff to be honest. Think I'll stick with IE

Sadly, for a chunk of the population, AOL is equivalent to the Internet.

We detect webkit as best as we can, will need to look tomorrow to see what useragent its sending and what the javascript engine returns as the vendor.

I once installed AOL a long, long time ago. And you know what, It's easier to climb mount everest, than remove AOL from your computer after.

I think they just used their standard ToS for their web services, as that would make more sense. Also, you could argue in a court of law that Chrome is not a 'service', it's a product, whereas Orkut or Google docs are services.

Bottom line, if you post a blog post using Chrome, how would anyone ever know you used Crome?
