I know exactly how you feel, i purchased a domain yesterday from namecheap but it failed due to domain contacts, contacted support and they wanted my contact information which was already in my profile.
Finally got it sorted after 27 hours, worst thing is this was not the first time.
Loved this bit though:

LOL I never have that issue with GoDaddy!Comment

GoDaddy is worst .. this poor support at namecheap is an exception. But yeah .. these type of companies (both namecheap and godaddy) make it hard to get in touch with staff in regards to anything not service related. What I get upset about is the inability for the woman to listen to what I said, and only scanned for keywords and give canned responses.
The domain didn't have to get registered (nice pun joe) and has in the meantime since the fix and after several [saves] finally been changed to the new IP so I could continue.
vtec, I am just glad this was not godaddy .. let me put it that way.Comment

Try selling a domain Floris with namecheap that doesn't total over $100 dollars, then try to tranfare the money from them. You'll be in for a big suprise!
Read my other thread. I have $50 in there account that I made from selling 2 domains, that I'm unable to get from them to my paypal account because you have to have at least $100 dollars before they alow you to tranfare the money from there bank to yours.Comment

Can you just push enough money into namecheap from paypal to meet the $100 limit, then transfer it all out???MCSE, MVP, CCIE

Namecheap has been great for me so far. Despite what I was expecting .. this was an exception and one I was surprised to run into.
I have had nothing but problems with godaddy, so it's an opposite experience for us.
I've sold domains on namecheap mrtgr and with success.Comment
