Best place to post jobs for writers?

Hi there,

I am looking for a bunch of writers, specifically knowledgeable with entertainment, gaming and gadgets. My offer is profit-sharing for writers based on their level of experience, with room to be transferred to another publication or promoted to partner within this publication.

Now my problem, I can't find a place to post this. Most places ask for money, which is totally acceptable, but I'd rather not pay at this point in time.

Any suggestions?

I don't know this for sure, but I don't think I can post a global job position on craigslist, lol. I'd rather increase the visibility of the ad rather than constrict it to one city.

Any other suggestions?
