Use HTML in vBulletin?

First of all; I know this is the wrong subforum, though I couldn't find the right. Please move this if it's necessary.

I'm a member on a vBulletin forum, and I wish to write in html.
The forum already has this type;

Though I want too integrate videos from Photobucket and/or other sites.
To show an example of what I mean I found a random video:

Why aren't the video integrated to the forum?

Most forums won't allow you to inject possibly bad html code, for the sake of posting videos.

You need to ask the forum you post at astaff to add bbcode or to enable html (unlikely).

We have no control over their forums.

Should be able to, but only if the Admin decides to.

But still, it is not recommended and a security issue.
