We are looking for suggestions for some decent add ons or hacks. Any suggestions? We prefer to not crap it up too much and are always concerned about the stability--so nothing out of control.

I am looking for more stuff on the front end. Maybe a mod to a style or template that sort of offers a "wow" to the user and makes them want to come back.

try browsing vbulletin.org, and check the "top mods" and the "modification of the month" since those are the most popular
