Explain something about the license, as I understand as owner of the license, I have the main forum and also other evidence, as I understand this:

Yes, as per license agreement you can have ONE unique live instance.
And on the side you can have PRIVATE and temporary test setup.

Note that the second instance must not be public, nor used as a live forum.
