Another Php/Mysql forum ubb/vbulletin alike

I am wondering if it is an altered vbulletin or not.
It was an UBB previously and now I see it uses php and it certainly uses mysql as well (the search feature is too fast for just using flat files).

looks like a ubb, even takes there original icons and reuses them, the metalic bar was taken from one of the asp boards out there...

Yes, I saw it and went to that link but didn't see the url to download or buy it. I just remember they used UBB several days ago and was wondering how they created so quickly a new forum software.
