Kind of a strong claim, don't you think?
Congratulations on the death of vBulletin, Internet Brands.

Irony .. since I am on Skype with Onimua 15 minutes ago saying 'wow, look at these screenshots and features we all suggested, they are all in 3.6 right now, it has come so far in just a bunch of years'.

I think 2008 will be a better year for jelsoft with improved development speeds and communication certainly with 3.7 out, it will be all good .

I have lots of faith in Jelsoft as the improvements the company is making as a whole is magnificant - something no other company would do so quickly and so well .

Let's reserve judgment on that, shall we?

It's amazing how people get angry with a joke. It's a pain to have the feeling you are stepping on eggs all the time.

Anti-Jelsoft? Not at all. I own several licenses, have for years.
My BS-threshold is set to low, though.

3.7 seems to be a fantastic release so theres no BS at all. This puts jelsoft back in the lead . Like I said 2008 will be a fantastic year.

How can one get on the beta bandwagon?

The beta cycle will most likely include a customer wide release of the software so we get the best amount of feedback and testing.

can I be the first one to say that among what is otherwise an absolutely fabulous new feature set, the new profile page looks horrible (compared to IPB's)

I would guess that is personal opinion... I think three columns on a profile is overkill. However the profile is customizable and includes a lot of CSS to do so.

3 columns is an over kill for sure. I hate IPB's profile but I think vB's profile needs improving (from what I can see in the screenshot). Cannot make my final judgement until I can see everything .
