XP or Vista (which of these OS you use)

I'm interested in wanting to see (now that Vista is well and truly with us). How many people have made the switch. Or if XP is still the most used OS.

I voted XP, because I still use it.

After using Vista for 3 months I went back. Using it was a nightmare.

My computer is Vista... I'll be upgrading my wife's PC and it will have Vista after the new year. There are two other computers that have XP and I hope to upgrade them to Vista soon as well. The only computer that won't run Vista is my media server but its an old Athlon and will remain on Linux.

XP is my secondary OS. Gentoo 64-bit works very good on my laptop, and the 32-bit version works just fine on my desktop. I have absolutely no reason to go back other than the occassional XP boot on my desktop to use Skype.

I shall stick with XP for quite a bit of time. Even though my new computer will be an iMac (I'm replacing my current desktop soon), while running Boot Camp, I will use XP.

I really don't have much of a reason to switch to Vista and just don't feel like it in general. I've used it a few times, and although it looks pretty, I'm not happy with it.

I own both Vista ultimate and Windows XP pro.

I personally prefer Windows Vista as I find it to perform better and be more reliable than XP. But then again, my system is one of the more updated systems. I update my computer once a year and sometimes every six months - just to stay on top of the newer technology.

I have 8 gigs of ram on my system and Vista boots and runs fine.

I refuse to upgrade to Vista, I used to use XP.
I've moved away from this whole Microsoft platform, and only use *nix variants and mainly OSX 10.5

I am Windows free since 25. August. Proud Linux user. Why is there no option for a working OS?
