Personally I prefer vBulletin, but you will have a different view from other people.

Be sure to ask the same question over at IPB. My guess is the winner over there will be IPB and winner here will be vB. If not, something is seriously wrong .

Don't you think that asking here, the answers might be a little biased?

I myself prefer vBulletin; I have one license for IPB, and at least five others for vBulletin (although three are leased, the two others are owned). I also prefer vBulletin for various other reasons, but I don't get into that here.
Congratulations on the death of vBulletin, Internet Brands.

I voted IPB just to stuff up your poll.

Or, vB over there, and vB over here

No offence to the thread owner, but this isn't the best place to ask this, nor is IPB either.. You should look at other forums and see what people are using, or ask other webmaster. You will get "most" biased answers from IPB and vB.

Actually, I don't think there's really any place you can ask without a biased opinion. If you ask here, you'll most likely get a vBulletin primary response. Ask at phpBB about vBulletin or Invision Power Board, and you'll most likely get a response placing phpBB above the other two (I've seen a discussion over there recently where people actually discussed this, and chose to stick with phpBB because it was free, and they say it as pretty much the same thing as vB and IPB).

I'm sure the story would be the same regarding any forum, and even then, there might be policies where discussion isn't allowed on their forums about competing products.
Congratulations on the death of vBulletin, Internet Brands.

                          It's vBulletin and not Vbulletin.
                          That's the end of that!

If you ask on a VB based site, VB will likely be chosen. Same if its an IPB site. Either way, biased opinions are bound to prevail. So ask the question on a PHPBB themed site. lol
