If it was just a Lancer, I'd agree. But it's an Evo, so I don't .

Well good luck with the EVO, you'll soon get sick of driving down the road a few miles, then having to put some petrol in. The novelty factor soon wears off when you realise it's costing a fortune on insurance and to run. And it WILL cost a fortune to run.

                    Been there, done it!

I'd have gone for something like a "Honda Civic R-Type" instead myself. No Turbo, only injection and does 0-60 in about 6.5 seconds. And is not as bad on petrol because it's injection only and a 2.0 litre. But still pumps out about 240bhp and can catch pigeons. Not to mention the fact is has superb handling and sticks to bends like glue. EVO's are too big and clumsy, and way too "loud".

Well, I'm still a year away from a purchase which means I have plenty of time to do research until then, at the moment I'm leaning towards the Evo though. I don't drive a ridiculous amount (I've put 12000 miles on my cavalier in the past 2 years) and from what I've read if you don't abuse your Evo and treat it right, it'll treat you right.

I may consider the Galant Ralliart (25k, 260hp) as well.

I considered getting a Civic, and still am, but the new civics are just simply disgusting looking... all the rounded ends and so on just looks bad.

Is it a "Toy" motorbike or a real one. as you called it a "Toy" so I am asuming its a 2inch toy.

I'm sure it's a real one... it's a habit males have of calling vehicles etc their toys .

Well, it's a real one as far as those go... If you want a motorcycle, save your money and invest in a real street bike.
