It was bound to happen sooner or later.
It seems after a while of owning a set of headphones, one of the ears dies. This usually is because of the wire, as sometimes I can bend it a certain way and the sound will come back. This has happened with 3 sets now, and I'm kind of sick of it (even though my current pair has lasted at least a year and a half).
I'm currently using a pair of Plantronics I picked up at Circuit City for about $30. I'm looking for a good pair of headphones with a built in mic that won't die.
Prior to the ear dying, my headphones (which are on a little arm that swings up to match the curve of the head part, or swing down to go by your mouth) decided that it wouldn't work if it was swung down near my mouth. So, currently to use my mic, I have had to flip the whole headset down, covering my eyes, so the mic would be able to pick up my voice.
So what's a good set of headphones/mic that will last for more than 2 years?
