You might try X-Setup. It has a thing that lets you enable/disable send to menu controls. That's weird your's isn't there anymore though."I can't seem to bring myself to say, 'Well, I guess I'll be toddling along.'
It isn't that I can't toddle. It's that I can't guess I'll toddle."

Oh, just found this:
Adding Send To Locations via Windows Explorer- Click [Start] [All Programs] [Windows Explorer].
- Navigate to the drive where Windows XP is installed.
- Expand the Documents and Settings folder.
- Expand the folder of the User whose Send To menu will be modified.
- Expand the Send To folder.
(If the Send To folder isn't visible, click [Tools] [Folder Options] [View] tab and check [Show Hidden Files and Folders]) - Right click any item you want to add, drag and drop it on the Send To folder and click [Create Shortcuts Here].
Might help you put it back."I can't seem to bring myself to say, 'Well, I guess I'll be toddling along.'
It isn't that I can't toddle. It's that I can't guess I'll toddle."
