I wish I could somehow set up my broken laptop to look like that.

Very nice. I have a Mac Pro, including several other Macs, but I don't have a neat setup like he does.

I have a very simple setup... A 17' Intel iMac sitting on a small desk.

Which one you got? Mine's a stock purchase. And put in ram/hdd myself afterwards.

That's one small, crowded Dock at the bottom of the display...

Nice monitor. The new ones from Dell look very nice. I am on the older version : http://www.virb.com/vbulletin/photos/428285 - and am very pleased with them.

First few times when I received new hardware etc, people claimed I was faking it, or they would say it was secondhand, or they simply wanted to see what was in the box etc. So I kind of like it to take a few pictures and show to friends.

Prices of RAM dropped to 135 here for 2gb ram which is now a third of what you can find online, so I am thinking of buying two more gb before the prices go back up again.
When leopard comes out in 6 months from now I will probably get another 750gb hdd from seagate for timemachine feature to have a backup. These hard drives will by then also betwee around 150 in price, quite affordable.

Ok, a dutch shop mailed me (price watch notification) that their ram dropped below 125 euro, together with shipping and tax etc, it's 145 total, I couldn't resist and bought 2 more just a few minutes ago. Should arrive in a week I think.
