why did you decline $20, in english money that about £12,000 pounds. Thats quite a lot of money for a forum. I know I'd be tempted to sell for that price if I had a really busy forum and was offered that.

Thing with that, I agree it depends on the amount of revenue a site is bringing in. But then that kind of means it's in everybodys best interest then to put as many banners in the right places as possible. To hopefully help max your revenue and increase your sites price if you sold it.

The thing that they cannot possibly take into account is whether or not a site earns income and if so, how much. That is one of the most critical factors in determining a domain's value.
